I have doubts about the kind of course I wanted to enrol for right up till the start date of the course. In fact I had been thinking whether enrolling for a post graduate diploma would be beneficial for me in the long. Even after working for a number of years I was not sure whether I would be able to afford this kind of fees and gain employment that would be lucrative. Having left the spectrum of studying I was not even sure whether any type study would pique my interest. 

 

However when you enrol for diploma college in India, the scenario of a undergrad is completely different from that of a post graduate and you will experience a totally interactive environment. You would get to research on your own and study something that you are passionate about.  

 

Why did I enrol for diploma college in India? 

 

The minute I entered the classroom, my views changed because I was no longer studying because I had to I was studying for myself. This made all the difference in the world. I chose to enrol for post graduate diploma in HR management. In the classroom I was surrounded by like minded people who were great at communicating and networking. 

 

I got to learn so much from the classroom assignments and group activities. Although during my undergrad I had never really liked group studies but when I enrolled for diploma college in India I got to know a lot from my peers which made learning fun. I got to interact with people from various strata of society thus opening my mind to possibilities of interacting with different types of people. 

 

There were times when I felt we were given too much work although the subject were interesting but it also showed that I had to work really hard in order to attain this prestigious degree. There were always deadlines to meet and submit assignments which made the learning experience very real. I got to know all about time management and how to formulate pay scales according to grading system and create my own identity between so many people. 

 

I also got to know every person personally which allowed me to seek my own expertise in interacting with people and engaging them. I was able to lead and be a part of a team which made me a great pupil of this industry. I got to know what type of duties I would have to carry as a HR executive thus enriching my experience as a post graduate students.
