Staffing: The staffing process as explained under human resource management relates to short listing requirements of employees in an organisation, surfing through various resources to come up with an ideal candidate that fulfils the role. 
 
Training employees: Employees are the primary resources for your organisation and in order to fulfil their job they need to be sure of their job role and get trained about the work culture. Diploma in HR management makes you adept at training others and making them competent at their job role.    
 
Appraisal and performance analysis: Your managers may be the deciding factor in your appraisal and the performance is also analysed by them but then it is the duty of the HR to communicate about time lines and the forms. In case of any sort of grievances or unsatisfied appraisals it falls on the HR to communicate effectively between the employer and employees so that both parties are satisfied. 
 
The pay structure and retaining employees are also functions that fall under the duties of HR executives. Diploma in human resource helps you understand these functions well. You are also required to understand accounting and know about organisation’s pay structure. There is also a grading system that applies to all in the organisation which pertains to reimbursement allowance in an organisation. This needs to be communicated to the employee so that he’s able to save on his taxes.
